April 25, 2014 at approximately 10:00 am at our newest park off of Davis Road between 10th Avenue North and 2nd Avenue North. We will be planting a Frangipani tree, otherwise known by locals as “Franzy Panzy”, as we continue the tradition of being recognized as a "Tree City, USA".
