[ARCHIVED] Village Department Lobbies By Appointment Only

All Village lobbies will be opened to the public by appointment only beginning on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

In abundance of caution effective Tuesday, September 7th the Village of Palm Springs will close our lobbies and operate by appointment only. Please note that Monday, September 6th is Labor Day, and the Village will be closed.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 crisis and the highly contagious delta variant. At this time, we have decided to close our lobbies and operate by appointment only to protect our staff and the community. 

Customers wishing to meet or conduct business in-person with Village staff should contact the specific department via phone and/or email to schedule a convenient appointment time. Please note that the Village requires all visitors who come in for an in-person appointment wear a facial covering. Customers who are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or who tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of an appointment are asked to reschedule the appointment to a later date to protect Village staff and other customers.

Please Note: All utility customers are requested to utilize our on-line payment system (visit and/or the payment drop-box (located on the west side of Village Hall) for all utility payments during this time. Additionally, drive-thru services are available for customer account balance inquiries, utility payments and/or cancellation of utility service during this time period

The Village intends to maintain regular working schedules during this time period and Village staff will be available to communicate and assist with the public. All Village residents, businesses and customers are encouraged to communicate with Village staff either by E-mail and/or telephone (561.584-8200).
