Prior to joining the Village, Rich served as sustainability manager for the City of Delray Beach and has served other communities as both an assistant city manager and city manager. At the Council meeting leaders from surrounding cities came to thank Karl for his contributions to the community and to welcome Rich as the incoming manager.
