The Village of Palm Springs will once again award the Joseph L. Fallon Village of Palm Springs Scholarship to graduating high school seniors. Applications will be available at the Village Clerk’s office, 226 Cypress Lane, online at vpsfl.org, and in local high school guidance offices. Applicants must be residents of Palm Springs. The deadline to apply is 4:30 PM, Thursday, February 28, 2019.
