The District 3 Council Member position that was filled by Council Member Liz Shields has an unexpired term through March of 2019. The position will need to be filled according to the Charter of the Village of Palm Springs. Interested parties can obtain an application by contacting Village Clerk Kimberly M. Wynn at 561-434-5084 or email her at kwynn@vpsfl.org.
To be considered for appointment, your application must be received by the Village Clerk no later than Friday, October 12, 2018 at 12:00 pm. Applications that are mailed must be postmarked on or before the deadline to be considered.
A Special Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Village Council Chambers to interview and potentially appoint a successor. To see if you qualify for the vacancy please visit the Village website.
