On April 13, the Palm Beach Victims' Rights Coalition held its 38th Annual Awards Ceremony. One of the Officer of the Year Award Nominees was Detective Frank Milow. Detective Milow was nominated for his work with crime victims, his dedication to duty and his commitment to the citizens of Palm Spring. Although Detective Milow did not receive the Officer of the Year Award, his nomination was a testament to his outstanding work ethic and his compassion for crime victims.
