The Village of Palm Springs will once again award the Joseph L. Fallon Village of Palm Springs Scholarship to graduating high school seniors. Applications are available at the Village Clerk’s office, 226 Cypress Lane, online, and in local high school guidance offices. Applicants must be residents of Palm Springs.
