TD BANK just completed construction of a 2,964 square feet financial institution building with a remote (two lane) drive-thru facility and walk-up ATM machine at 2735 10th Avenue North, on a parcel in front of the Walmart store.

TD Bank is seeking LEED Gold Certification, and would be the first LEED-certified building within the Village.   

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world.  There are four LEED rating levels: Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum, which each level requiring increased levels of green building principles to be utilized in the site development, building construction and ongoing operations.

We welcome TD Bank to the Village of Palm Springs and wish them the very best in obtaining the LEED Gold Certification.
