The Village of Palm Springs will awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors planning to attend college. Applications are available online, at the Village Clerk's office and in high school guidance offices. Applicants must be residents of the Village of Palm Springs. The deadline to submit applications for the 2017 award cycle is 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28th.
