[ARCHIVED] Pedestrian Bridge on Davis Rd. just South of Winged Foot Rd. to be replaced - Sidewalk Closure

Davis Rd. Pedestrian Bridge.jpg
The pedestrian bridge on the west side of Davis Rd. just north of Palm Springs Elementary School is set to be replaced as part of the Village's Capital Improvement Program starting on Thursday, Nov. 17th. The project should be completed in early December.

As part of the Palm Beach County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the replacement of the pedestrian bridge over Canal 10 located on Davis Rd. was identified as a priority for this funding cycle. It will be necessary to close the west sidewalk on Davis Rd. for the entire duration of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in early December. It is anticipated that there will be minimal disruption to automobile traffic along Davis Rd. during this time period. Please use due care and caution and pay attention to signalmen who will be controlling traffic whenever the need to close part of the road arises. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and hope the inconvenience will be minimal to our Residents.
