[ARCHIVED] Public Safety Fair

On Saturday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Palm Springs Police Department will be assisting at a Public Safety Fair hosted by the Walmart Neighborhood Market. The event will be held at their store at 4400 Forest Hill Boulevard. Police Explorers will be passing out safety literature and free gun safety locks. McGruff the crime dog will also make an appearance.

Police child car seat installers will be on hand to check child safety seats and installing new ones. If you need a child safety seat, ones will be available on site for a small donation to SafeKids of Palm Beach County. Other vendors will also be there passing out free samples of various products.
