FoundCare, Inc. will host a Community Open House on Wednesday, March 25th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. to introduce the community to the doctors and staff at the Community Health Center located at 2330 South Congress Avenue in Palm Springs.

Tour the state-of-the-art facility, meet the medical and dental providers and enjoy cookies and punch. Admission is free.

FoundCare operates a Federally Qualified Health Center offering pediatrics, family practice, chronic disease management, laboratory work, x-rays and dentistry. Located in central Palm Beach County, FoundCare is open six days a week with evening hours and same day appointments for sick visits.
