Students from the Bruce’s Champion Karate, which holds classes here in the Village of Palm
Springs, competed in the National Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation Tournament on October 11th in Lauderhill, Florida. Sensei Rodrigo Suarez led Manuel Mendez, Ronald Mendez, and Luica Freiro in the tournament and Manuel Mendez brought home a silver medal for placing 2nd in Kata (form).
