Bette served the Village for over 18 years, and is remembered by all as a dedicated public servant who helped shape the physical characteristics of Palm Springs. Projects that were developed under her guidance include the Village Municipal Complex, Oxygen, and Wal-Mart. She is considered by her peers as a true professional. Her “work family” at Village Hall will miss her greatly. Bette is survived by her husband, David.
