[ARCHIVED] Revised Utility Bills for Customers with an Account that begins with "3"

At this time all customers who are utilizing the EFT or website "Pay Online" feature the balance listed is the correct amount due, only accounts that begin with the number "3" will have a utility statement that was sent with a different balance owed printed. All customers who were affected by the billing error will receive a new statement in the mail with the corrected dates and balance due. All payments are still expected to be received no later than April 8, 2014 to avoid a late fee. The Utility Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
