Zoning Confirmation Letter Requests require five (5) business days for processing and must be accompanied by a $50.00 fee at submittal. All requests will be processed in the order received; therefore please do not request that your letter be processed out of sequence.
In your request, we will need the following information: 1. Give us your information (name, address, phone number, fax number & email address) 2. Property information you are looking into (PCN, owner, address etc.) 3. Identify the information you are trying to verify, such as a specific use or the zoning and permitted uses within that zone.

Please NOTE that Lien searches are requested through the Village Clerk's office. Through a lien search you can learn of fines, liens, open code violation cases, open building permits etc. This information is not provided in a zoning confirmation letter.
