Garbage, Recycling & Trash Collection

The village contracts with Republic Services to provide garbage, recycling, and trash pick-up for residential properties. View the Collection Schedule to find collection days for your home.

Property Taxes

Each year, the Village Council adopt an operating budget and sets the millage rates for properties within the village.To view assessed value and property taxes for your property, visit the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's website.

Schools

The Village has two public elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and two charter schools. For more information about public schools, visit the School District of Palm Beach County website.

The Village also has two private schools, St. Luke's Catholic and Atlantis Academy, as well as numerous daycare facilities.

Utilities

Most of the village residents receive their water and sewer services from the village's Utilities Department.

Palm Beach County Water Utilities provides water to some residents.

Residents receive electric service from either Florida Power and Light (FPL) or the City of Lake Worth.
