Village of Palm Springs to install new waste water service line along Kent Ave and Sussex Ave

The Village of Palm Springs will begin construction to install waste water utility service lines along Kent Avenue and Sussex Avenue. Construction is expected to begin on Monday, September 8, 2014.

During construction, some streets may temporarily be inaccessible and road detour signs will be posted. Please be patient as we are working to provide the resident's stake holders within this area service. Once this project is completed, the Village of Palm Springs will notify all affected property owners by mail that waste water connections are available. Any areas that maybe disturbed by construction will be restored to pre-constructions conditions.

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about this project, please call the Village of Palm Springs Utilities Department at (561) 965-5770.

Latest Update:

May 8, 2015 11:05 AM

Construction along Kent Ave. & Sussex Ave. is nearly completed. At this time the Village and Contractors are working on finalizing the lift station on Sussex Avenue and Military Trail. Once we have received clearance from other government entities, a 90 day notice will be provided to property owners. This notice will accompany a utility quote that will provide an estimate of the impact fees related to the waste water connection. If you would like to know more about these fees please contact the Utilities Office at (561) 965-5770.
